      1. Restore the attached 'shuffled_28_quiz.mbz' into an existing course.
      2. Go to Edit quiz for the restored quiz, and verify that the Shuffled checkbox is on.

      (The shuffle-off case is already covered by mod/quiz/tests/behat/backup.feature.)

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a quiz on a Moodle 2.8 site with Shuffle questions set to Yes.
      2. Backup that activity or course.
      3. Restore to a Moodle 2.9+ site.

      Expected result: setting is preserved.

      Actual result: setting is lost.
