Re-introduce export of feedback analysis page removed in 3.1

      1. Create a course and a feedback in it, add some questions
      2. Create feedback on front page and add some questions, map it to the course from #1 and to another course
      3. Add a "Feedback" block in a course from #1 and another course where feedback is mapped
      4. As a student go to both courses and complete all three feedbacks (the normal feedback in course #1 and the site feedback by the link found in block "Feedback")
      5. As a teacher/manager go to the course and open feedback
      6. Go to "Analysis" tab and export feedback, make sure there are no errors and student's response was exported
      7. From the course click on the site feedback's name in the block and do the same - you should only see responses that are related to this course
      8. Repeat for site feedback from another course
      9. Repeat for site feedback following the link from the front page - you should see responses for both courses

    Description

      Problem with feedback export performance (MDL-37132) inspired brendanheywood to implement the new dataformat API in moodle that allows to stream-export data in different output formats.

      However the side effects was removal of the "Analysis" tab in the feedback export. The explanation can be found here - basically the dataformat api does not support multiple sheets.

      At that time we assumed that export of the analysis page is not that important but after 3.1 release I have heard several complains about users wanting it back.

      This issue is open here so we can have all discussions in one place and not spread over other issues.
