ID Number only displayed once in quiz result overview

      1. Go to Site adminstration -> Users -> Permissions -> User policies, and turn on all 'Show user idenitity' options.
      2. Find or create a quiz that allows multiple attempts.
      3. Choose a student account, and verify that user has all the user fields filled in with a value.
      4. As that student, make 2 attepts at the quiz.
      5. As teacher or admin, look at Quiz administration -> Results -> Grades, and -> Responses.
      6. Verify that the values in the additional user name fields are only shown in the first row, but not repeated in subsequent rows.

Choose a student account, and verify that user has all the user fields filled in with a value. As that student, make 2 attepts at the quiz. As teacher or admin, look at Quiz administration -> Results -> Grades, and -> Responses. Verify that the values in the additional user name fields are only shown in the first row, but not repeated in subsequent rows.

      1. Under site adminsitration go to "Show user identity" (showuseridentity).
      2. Activate all fields (ID Number, Email address, Phone, Mobile phone, Department Institution)
      3. Fill in those values at a selected user
      4. Attempt a quiz that allows more than one attempt more than once with this user

      In the quiz result overview the ID Number is only displayed once in the first row.

      Expected behavior: ID Number is repeated on every row OR none of the fields mentioned in the list above are repeated.

      Remarks:

      • In the export file ("Download table data as"), the ID Number is repeated
      • The ID Number is always displayed only in the first row, even if you change the sort order of the table
      • The user picture is also displayed only once
