Log in as admin and go to a course. Click on the cog and select Gradebook setup On the Gradebook setup click Add category button and add a new category (use a name easy to identify). Now, click Add grade item button and add a new grade item, just filling Item name field is enough. Back on the Gradebook setup page, select Plain text file under Export section in the drop down located on top left of the page. Make sure the category you have created checkbox is checked. and click Download button. Open the exported file, it should display the category name in column header instead of Category . Please note the format of the grade is concatenated to the title, it will be something like: (real), (letter) or (percentage)... that's the expected behaviour regardless of the title.
