Some icons used in displaying a tree of files are not flipped for rtl.

      1. Use theme_clean and theme_more and theme_noname.
      2. Go to my private files and create a tree of files with folders and files in the folders.
      3. Use the different "list" modes in the file manager and make sure the layout of the tree is correct and the icons are pointing the correct way (especially the left / right arrows)
      4. Open the File manager by adding a file. Browse the private files repository. Use the different "list" modes in the file manager and make sure the layout of the tree is correct and the icons are pointing the correct way (especially the left / right arrows)
      5. Go to your dash board and view the tree of files in the manage files block - make sure the layout of the tree is correct and the icons are pointing the correct way.
