New grading UI contains link to student profile with blind marking enabled

      Make a new assignment with blind marking enabled.
      Login as a student and submit something.
      Login as a teacher (without mod/assign:viewblinddetails - this is the default)
      Open the new grading interface. Verify that the users are shown as "Participant X" and there is no link to their profiles.

      Following the resolution of MDL-53821, with anonymous marking enabled the new assignment grading interface still contains a link on the "Participant x" text in the header, which points to the student's profile page.
