Just to let you know that this is causing fatals on the clean theme:

Template is in mod/forum/templates/quick_search_form.mustache
It includes a call to:

+            {{#helpicon}}

+                {{>core/help_icon}}

+            {{/helpicon}}

help_icon is only available in the noname theme.
