Inplace editable should have class 'ignoredirty'

      1. Install the module mod_customcert (https://github.com/markn86/moodle-mod_customcert use the same branch you are testing Moodle on).
      2. Add a custom certificate to a course.
      3. Edit the custom certificate and add a few elements.
      4. Edit the names of the elements you added using the inplace editable.
      5. Click on a link in the navigation.
      6. Confirm you are not asked for confirmation before being taken to another page.

      Description

      When you have a form that contains an inplace editable it can cause annoying behaviour by asking the user to confirm their changes before moving, even though the change was only done in the inplace editable.
