The messaging button on a users profile should take them to the messaging UI

      1. Create a course with two users and ensure you have the online users block added to the course.
      2. Log in as one user.
      3. Log in as the other user and visit the course,
      4. Click on participants and then visit the profile for the other user you have logged in.
      5. Click on the 'Message' button.
      6. Ensure you are taken to the new messaging page with that user selected.
      7. Re-visit the course and click on the message icon in the online users block.
      8. Ensure you are taken to the new messaging page with that user selected.

      Description

      Currently it opens a pop-up for the user to send a message. It was decided to remove this and direct the user to the messaging page instead.
