STEPS TO TEST

Required: An assignment activity with the following properties:

• file submission in 2 steps (upload and save; then submit for grading)
• Cutoff date NOT set
• has ungraded submissions
• has at least ONE submission still in Draft status but NOT locked (submission changes allowed)

1) As the teacher, grade the draft submission while it is still in Draft status
2) As the student, access the assignment and fully submit the file for grading after marking has been done
3) As the teacher, set filter "requires grading"

Expected result: all graded submissions would be excluded from the filtered list regardless of status

Actual result: the graded draft, now submitted, appears in the filtered list as still requiring grading
