Login as an admin or a teacher (if the teacher role has the moodle/site:viewfullnames capability)

Grader report for a course

Assignment listing page in a course

Assignment grading page in a course

Manual user enrolment popup in a course

4. Verify all automated tests (phpunit and behat) are passing ok

Make sure teacher has viewfullnames capabilty
View Grader report for a course as a teacher (or admin even) and only see firstnames.
View assignment grading page (as teacher or admin) and only see firstnames.
View manual enrolment page for a course and only see firstnames.
