      1. As teacher, in a course with two or more students create an assignment.
      2. Go to the assignment, click on the "View all submissions" button and you get the list of users that have or have not yet sent a submission.
      3. Select one or many users and in the "With selected..." choose "Send a message".
      4. In the popup enter some text and click send.
      5. Expected outcome: the selected users must receive an email with the message that was just typed. Please verify this by using Mailhog, you should see and email for each individual that should have gotten a message. Please also check that the message text reads the same as the text that you entered in step 4.

      Teachers want to send a message/reminder to students who are late with submissions.

      The best way to do this would be to have the option "Send message" in the drop down menu "With selected..." on mod/assign/view.php
