To test on IE10 + other supported browsers on both Clean and Boost.

Open the test_progressbar.php

Confirm that both bars increase, one faster than the other.

Install/upgrade

Install Moodle using CLI and Web install

Update Moodle using CLI and Web install (bump your version number)

Confirm that you did not encounter any error

The HTML tag progress has to be used, but progress_bar is not a renderable and the JS part may also need to be updated.

MDL-56142 No progress var in the gradebook, just left-aligned percent and time
