Force reload/recreation of (unoconv) preview in grading interface

      Please, ensure you can reproduce the reported issue before testing that the patch fixes the problem

      1. Stop the unoconv service or remove its path in the admin config.
      2. Create an assignment with file upload submissions enabled.
      3. As a student, submit a document that would require unoconv conversion.
      4. As a teacher, visit the grading page for the submission to generate a blank pdf and page image.
      5. Restart the unoconv service or re-enter its path in the admin config.
      6. As a teacher, visit the submission grading page again.
      7. Verify that the page image(s) are now regenerated correctly.

    Description

      Moodle displays a preview of a student's submission in the assignment grading interface. If Moodle 3.1 isn't configured correctly (unoconv and ghostscript), then the interface displays a blank page. If an instructor accesses the grading interface for an assignment while the incorrect configuration is in place, a preview file is generated that persists even after the unoconv and ghostscript are correctly installed. It would be helpful to have some way of purging these blank files so that they can be recreated with the correct unconv/ghostscript installation.
