Video playback broken with iOS 10.0 and 10.1 devices (iPad / iPhone)

      1. Add a new File resource and upload a video to it
      2. Navigate to it in an Apple device running iOS 10.0.0 or higher
        1. Confirm that you can view the video
      3. Open Moodle in your browser and open the inspector
      4. Log in to the site
      5. View the list of cookies and find the MoodleSession cookie in the list
        1. Confirm that the expiry is about one week from now (may be in UTC depending on browser)

    Description

      After update to iOS 10, old and new videos (as file or into a SCORM package) are no more shown. Same videos can be played as usual by using iOS 9.

      This appears to be an upstream bug in Apple's Media foundation.

      Keeping this issue open until we either hear back from Apple and/or the issue is fixed.
