theme_boost: Activity restrictions are badly styled

      In Boost and Clean - test the restrict access form element on activity settings page. Test every restriction type, including validation errors. Test the popup to add more restrictions.

      They should look good and understandable in both themes.

      In boost, add restrictions dialouge on edit activity page is out of page content area and is not well aligned. Also, restriction fields have a border.
