      In clean and boost.

      Go to the enrolled users page and enrol some new users in a course. Verify that all the options in the modal are working as expected.

      Change the radio from listing users to listing cohorts. Verify you can list search and add cohorts.

      Includes phpunit and behat tests.

      This is existing, but IMO should try and fix to go with boost. Reported by David and Raj.
