New assignment grading UI breaks if course or assignment title too long

      1. Create a course with a long name.
      2. Add an assignment with a long name and a due date.
      3. Make a submission as a student.
      4. As teacher, grade it using the new 3.1 interface.
      5. Verify that the information in the top left (assignment name, course name, due date) copes well when you make the browser window narrower.

      The problem can be seen at http://school.demo.moodle.net/mod/assign/view.php?id=573&rownum=0&useridlistid=57ed3138c0c43690072297&action=grader. If your browser window is only moderately wide, the assignment name wraps, pushing the due date out of view.

      I just did a fix for this in the OU theme, and thought it would be worth submitting upstream. Patch coming up.
