Forum post group options shown in "Display period" section

      2. Create some groups in your course
      3. Create a new forum and set the groupmode
      4. Create a post in the new forum
        1. Confirm that the group setting is not in the Display period section of the form

      Since MDL-17955 we've been showing the Forum post group options in the section intended for Timed posts which makes no sense.

      This needs moving out, either to a new section, or above the Timed posts options.
