Captcha not working in feedback

      1. Set up site ReCaptcha keys (Site administration > Plugins > Authentication > Manage authentication)
      2. In Site administration > Plugins > Activity modules > Feedback enable full anonymous
      3. Create an anonymous feedback on the front page, add recaptcha and some other questions
      4. Log out and try to complete feedback as a guest, you should be able to complete with the correct recaptcha

    Description

      Since upgrade to v 3.1.1 Captcha has stopped working in feedback. This may be in part due to Google's dropping of support for Captcha version 1 in lieu of Captcha version 2 (Captcha FAQ).

      To test:

      1. Go to Google and register for a site/secret Captcha key
      2. Configure this key in Plugins->Authentication->Manage Authentication
      3. Create a new feedback
      4. Add some question types
      5. Add a Captcha to the feedback
      6. Complete the feedback
      7. Notice that the form is always returned to you without submitting the data even if you enter the correct information in the Captcha

      I haven't tried it, but I assume this also is a problem for using Captcha with email based self registration.
