Click on "Register an external blog"

VERIFY that the url field does not have a "Choose a link button"

Steps to reproduce:

Under "User menu", select "Preferences"
Click on "Register an external blog"
Click on "Choose a link..."
Select "URL downloader" and set URL : to "http://newsrss.bbc.co.uk/rss/newsonline_uk_edition/world/rss.xml"
It fails.

NOTE: Using the same url as "RSS feed URL" text field works fine.

So either we should remove that button or fix that to use proper repository.
