Table of contents block should be shown on all editing pages

Open course page and turn editing on Open activity chooser and chooser Book Fill in basic details and hit Save and Display Confirm that the "Add new chapter" page does not have the Table of Contents block Create the basic chapter Confirm that Table of Contents block is present on the page Create a second chapter Confirm that Table of Contents block is present on the add chapter page Edit the chapter Confirm that Table of Contents block is present on the edit chapter page Click the delete chapter button Confirm that Table of Contents block is present on the delete chapter confirmation page
