Contact/Message/Notifications list unfriendly for keyboard use

      1. Go to messaging page.
      2. Click on Contacts tab and search for 'a',
      3. Using keyboard, select the first contact.
      4. Press tab and make sure you don't have to tab through each user and the cursor is set to messages tab on the bottom.
      5. Add few contacts and click on Contacts tab.
      6. Using the keyboard, select one of the user and press tab.
      7. Make sure you don't have to tab through each user and the cursor is set to Message tab.

      Description

      As a user
      When I view the list of contacts (Desktop view)
      And I tab to the list of users
      And I select a user
      I expect to be able to navigate easily to the message pane

      I must tab through all remaining users in the list

      Suggest making the list of users only have tabindex for the last selected item (similar to treeview)
