Incorrect classes on unread count in popover in Boost

      As a user
      Viewing using the Boost theme
      When I have an unread message
      And I open the message popover
      I expect the unread message count to be highlighted clearly

      On Boost the wrong class is used.
      The BS2 badge is tag is BS4.
