It isn't too much work to add(Howard Miller).
Gustav recommend that the dump and restore functions could be added as import and export format.
However the actual functions in bakuplib.php or restorelib.php are not compatible with the format.php that is used by the import.php and export.php.
The complex structure of calculated questions gives place to various ways to implement the import or export.
