      2. Log in as admin
      3. Ensure the mail message processor is enabled (site admin > plugins > message outputs > manage message outputs)
      4. View your notification preferences (notification popover in nav bar > cog icon)
      5. Confirm: The online and offline on/off toggle buttons are side by side and not stacked
      6. View your message preferences (message popover in nav bar > cog icon)

      As a user
      When I view my notification settings
      I expect to be able to easily see what my settings are

      The Online/Offline are on top of one another which makes it very difficult to determine which is which
