This is my opinion only: but I feel like "force the tour to be displayed" thing should not be a link but a button somewhere. It's confusing and makes you feel like clicking it will take you to a page where you might be able to do something to reset the tours. But instead it just resets everything. I feel as though people will click it without realising that it's going to actually change the state of the moodle site.
