Run PHPUnit for enrol_lti on MySQL, Maria DB, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, and Oracle servers.

vendor/bin/phpunit --testsuite enrol_lti_testsuite

or if using MDK,

mdk phpunit -r -s enrol_lti

Confirm that there are no errors nor failures.

Following failure was observed on mssql

1) tool_provider_testcase::test_constructor_with_non_existent_tool

Failed asserting that exception of type "dml_exception" is thrown.

To re-run:

 vendor/bin/phpunit tool_provider_testcase enrol/lti/tests/tool_provider_test.php

is a regression caused by

MDL-53832 Upgrade enrol_lti to support LTI v2.0
