atto_media follow up issues

Summary of work remaining on atto_media plugin:

1. It becomes unusable on boost
2. Behat
3. Use data attributes instead of classes to identify video/audio/link (low priority)
4. The last source/track element cannot be removed
5. Validation on some fields (e.g., let the user know that only vtt files can be accepted for tracks)
