Test in boost

(no need to test clean or bootstrapbase as it was left unchanged)

Make an activity with a really long title (as long as the width of the page)

View the front page of the activity in boost (the page with the settings menu)

Verify the title wraps around the cog for the menu.

In a forum make a post. Verify the notification on the next page goes "under" the cog and the cog keeps a white background. Verify the "X" for the notification does not overlap the cog.
