Define roles form does not have bootstrap styles

      1. Go to Site administration > Users > Permissions > Define roles
      2. Edit one of the existing roles.
      3. Make sure input fields looks nicely styled and match other forms.
      4. Toggle Hide/Show advanced button, make sure it does not lost style when change.
      5. The filter capability search field looks correct and aligned.

      Test on boost and clean.

      Description

      This is a FAKE mform - hard coded HTML in admin/roles/classes/define_role_table_advanced.php

      It's not worth re-writing it - but we should just add the bootstrap classes to the HTML generated by this class.
