theme_boost: File picker window problem using Chrome

      Using boost - go to your own private files and upload a file.

      Go to course settings and add an overview file to the course.

      The file picker / manager windows should not be transparent.

      Using boost - go to your own private files and upload a file. Go to course settings and add an overview file to the course. The file picker / manager windows should not be transparent.

      When using the file picker (anywhere), the window doesn't display correctly (see attached screenshot). The problem only occurs when using Chrome (on Ubuntu) and not when using Firefox.
