theme_boost: Feedback activity edit question menu badly positioned

      To Replicate

      1. Using boost, add a new feedback activity.
      2. Add a captcha and a label question and try to edit them using the inline 'Edit' dropdown.
      3. Notice the menu disappears behind the left of the content area (see attached screenshot)
