Confusing scrollbars in new Boost theme UI in RTL mode

      1. Set site language to English (LTR mode)
      2. Navigate into a course that have several sections (maybe more than 15) and activities that force the browser to show vertical scrollbars, for both the drawer and the course main content.
      3. Make sure the drawer is open (if not, click the button left to the site's name)
      4. Make sure the scrollbars of the drawer show on the right side and the scrollbars of the main page content also show on the right side (when in LTR mode) as seen in
         
      5. Switch site language to Hebrew (or any RTL language)
      6. Make sure the scrollbars of the drawer the popup from the right side of the screen, show on the left side and the scrollbars of the main page content also show on the left side (in RTL mode)

      Description

      The left scrollbar scrolls the page content and the right scrollbar scrolls the menu content (example, in user's profile page), in RTL mode. confusing.
