Log in as an admin

Install an RTL language pack e.g. Arabic, Hebrew.

Open up the private files and switch to the RTL language

Confirm the headings in the file manager appear from right to left

Click open the 'add file' button to bring up the file picker

Confirm with each of repositories available and which use the table, the headings are all right aligned.
