Calendar month name should be above days (theme:boost)

      It is a little bit confusing, and also has an accessibility issue (as content headers should be above content)

      It is much more confusing when displaying a full page calendar, with 3 upcoming calendar block on the side, in which the month's titles are under the respective months.

      This regression was introduced in theme boost (not sure how it is relevant, but it seems so)
