Boost Theme: Help button not rendered in filepicker

      On boost and clean:

      1. Create a file resource
      2. Add a file using the filepicker
      3. Click in the file to edit
      4. Verify you see the help icon
      5. Verify that when you click the help icon, a popover is displayed

      The help button is not rendered in the filepicker when you edit an existing file.

      To replicate the issue:

      • Create a file resource
      • Add a file using the filepicker
      • Click in the file to edit
      • See attachment with the message
