theme_boost: Radio buttons are not visible after assessment.

      On a site using the Boost theme, follow the steps to reproduce and make sure you reach the expected behaviour.

      Note: This can be tested on any frozen (read-only) form that contains radio buttons. The assessment form in the Workshop is probably the easiest way to reproduce it.

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. As teacher, create a workshop
      2. Set "Grading strategy" as "Rubric
      3. As student submit a submission
      4. As teacher access it and after assessing the overview page shows no disabled radio buttons.
