Test in both boost and clean themes

Create a course with 3 or 4 students

Create an assignment and mark it

In the top right, click the filters icon

Confirm that filters are displayed in a vertical list.

Close the filters and in the 'change user' text area, enter and single space

Confirm that the user list sits above the content pane (no cut off)

Confirm that everything else in the top pane looks ok.

In the top right, in the 'change user' text area, enter and single space
Observe that the user list falls behind the content. This should look like it does in clean theme.

MDL-56363 Moodle 3.1 Assignment, tutors able to grade students in groups they are not in.
