Tags attached to activities are visible after activity is deleted

Enable recycle bin but disable cron for now Create any activity module and add a tag to it Create a wiki module, create some pages and add tag to them Make sure these tags appear in Site pages > Tags and both the module and wiki pages are listed there (click on tag name); check it as admin, and as a student enrolled in the course Delete both modules Go to Site pages > Tags , these tags will still be there but clicking on them should not display deleted modules for both admin and a student
