Enable portfolios in advanced settings

Enable the file download portfolio plugin

Go to a forum post you've created

VERIFY: the portfolio button is styled like other buttons (it'll be a mess though ~~MDL-56906~~)

Enable the Google drive portfolio plugin (you don't need to configure it, just put random values in the keys)

Go back to the forum post

VERIFY: the button and select box are bootstrap styled

When exporting a workshop submission page into portfolio, the "Export this page" does not have the same styling as other buttons.
