Videos in messaging and chat give an error

      1. Ensure you have 'Convert URLs into links and images' and 'Multimedia plugins' filters turned on with the URL one listed first.
      2. Visit the messaging page (on master) or chat window (on stables and master)
      3. Send the URL http://techslides.com/demos/sample-videos/small.mp4 to another user.
      4. Send a youtube video and a vimeo video as well
      5. Also send an mp3 file
      6. Check that you do not get errors on the screen or in error.log

      Reproduction steps

      1. Enable video JS at Site administration / ▶︎ Plugins / ▶︎ Media players / ▶︎ Manage media players
      2. Go to the new messaging interface
      3. Send a video to someone
      4. Reload the page
      5. You will get this error 

        Warning: DOMDocument::loadHTML(): Tag video invalid in Entity, line: 1 in /home/vagrant/moodles/integration_master/moodle/lib/weblib.php on line 1322

      6. The video will be tiny (the size of the play button)
