      Description

The checkbox field in Database actually allows you to create multiple independant boolean checkboxes, which is a nice alternative to Menu (multi-select) for small numbers of items. Maybe the name should be changed to checkbox(es)?

It's not really obvious you can do this though, and is made slightly more confusing by the ability to create a checkbox with no name. You could just default this to 'yes' or a 'tick' or 'dot' or whatever, but it might be easier to throw an error and ask for a name (maybe prefill the options with a suggestion?).

Actually radio buttons allow empty 'options' too, which makes even less sense, you end up with a selected radio button which you can't do anything with. (Maybe prefilling with 'option 1' and 'option 2' might be helpful here too)
