Prerequisites Have another language pack installed. Use theme clean or have the navigation block available in the wiki page. Testing Create a course and set under "Appearance" - "Force language" to a language that is not the same as the site language (the site language is likely to be English). Create a wiki. Create the initial page and put some detail there. In the navigation block click "new page" (please note that this will be in the forced language). The first text box is "New page title" (in the forced language) and the content should be "New" (in the force language). Test that the word "New" is actually the forced language and not English. Test that the box is not disabled and the title can be edited.
