theme_boost: Printer-friendly (more compact) layout for quiz is not shown correctly

      In Boost:

      In firefox (sorry chrome has terrible support for css printing directives). ALSO SAFARI!!!

      Go to quiz review page and see print preview.

      There should be no flat nav, or settings cog. Each question should not be broken over 2 pages (unless it's really long).

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a quiz with several questions (at least 3) displayed on one page and
      2. When using Boost theme make sure that the navigation is toggled so it is not visible
      3. Click browser print option to see print priview.

      Observe:

      1. The Drag and drop onto image question is messy.
      2. Content of drop down selectors are not displayed.
      3. Too much margin on top
      4. Question are broken in multiple pages.
