Inline edit tooltip should be right aligned in RTL mode (theme:boost)

      1. Switch to any RTL language (Hebrew or Arabic)
      2. Make sure you are using the Boost theme
      3. Navigate into any course
      4. Turn editing on
      5. Click the "pencil" quick inline edit icon next to any module's name
      6. Make sure the editing (blue) tooltip is right aligned with the beginning of the input textbox

      Editing module names while course is in edit mode, and clicking the quick inline edit icon to edit module's title (name), the editing tooltip is displayed on the left side of the editing box. It should be right aligned with the beginning of the editing box, as it is in LTR mode.
