Description
Students submitting links to external (Google docs) resources on an Online assignment type,
And then, as a teacher: Clicking on "view all submissions"->
When clicking on the "Magnifying Glass" to view an online text submission of a student I get an error:
"error/nopermission"
(Clicking on "Edit > Grade", it works fine)

Apologize if it's duplicate, couldn't find similar issue.
