Move "Messages" block out from the standard Moodle distribution

      1. Before Upgrade
        1. Install a few instances of block_messages in various pages on your site.
      2. Apply patch
        1. Go to upgrade screen and make sure you see "block_messages" marked to be deleted.
        2. Run through upgrade.
        3. Visit your site , now all instances of block_messages should be removed. No errors related to it should be noticed.

      Tip: mdk run version.php incase you want to reset version
