In clean and boost

Go to /admin/search.php?query=
Add the settings block to this page
Change the "linkadmincategories" to true
Verify that all branches are links in the admin settings block - and are also links in left columns of the tabs view.
Change the "linkadmincategories" to false
Verify that all branches are not links in the admin settings block - and are also not links in left columns of the tabs view.

In boost only.
Go to a course front page, open the course settings cog and choose More...
Verify that on the users tab, "Enrolment methods" is a link.
