Usability of new password unmask is a bit confusing

      In both clean and boost, in multiple browsers vendors

      1. Look at the password unmask element and try out its functionality in both normal forms and admin forms (e.g. add user screen or smtp password on admin settings)

      If we're going towards improving accessibility and usability, can I point out that the magnifier is really unclear, especially when there isn't any password. It doesn't display its state so it's impossible to predict if letters will be visible or not when it's empty.

      Completely agree with that comment. I also thought we might be able to make things look a bit clearer by making greater user of boostrap styling.
